a) Setting up the appropriate equipment
b) Following the storyboard
This is an example of how we followed the storyboard, with the stanley knife being picked up, and the radio being turned on. The arrows show the directions of her movements in the shot, which are exactly the same, showing how the storyboard was looked at through filming.
c) Following safe working practices
d) Following production process

Feedback
Overall, I'm very happy with how my draft went. I feel that everything went smoothly, with not many issues. However, there were a few problems that I had to work around. For example, a lot of the shots were unusable due to either continuity or bad filming, however, for some of the shots I zoomed in using Premiere's scale settings to look like a completely different shot. At the start of my edit, the shot is very zoomed in, because there is a box on the table that disappears when the actress walks into the room, which was a bad mistake and again was a continuity problem. As for my role, being the sound recordist, I was pleased with how the audio turned out, showing a significant improvement in comparison to the raw audio from the camera. However, it was very difficult to match up the audio to the video, and took a lot of time. Considering that this is our first group task and no one had done their roles before, I'm pleased with how my draft video looks, as it looks professional, and overall everyone has worked well together to produce this short film. If we had the chance to re film, I feel that we would do a much better job, because there are some shots that don't make sense in my draft that were unavoidable as we didn't have enough shots. For example, when she cuts her finger open, there isn't any reaction, but just noise. Also, I would make sure that everyone works together as continuity, instead of relying on one person, because a lot of people probably noticed a mistake, but didn't feel that it was their job to point it out. In my draft video, I like how the black bars give the video a cinematic feel, and how the video is generally smooth with no harsh cuts or sudden sound cuts. But, in conclusion, I feel that our group did a good job and I'm happy with the result.
